Ingredients:
150 grams of margarine
150 grams of caster sugar
2 eggs
150 grams of gluten free self-rising flower
Process:Once all the ingredients are organized proceed by beating the margarine and sugar together. After the margarine and sugar is mixed, add the 2 eggs and mix. Once the eggs have been mixed in then add the self-rising gluten free flower and mix all the ingredients together. When the batter is mixed together pour it into an 8 inch baking pan and bake it for 45 minutes at a temperature of 165C
